Diversity in teaching and learning

Diversity-sensitive university didactics seeks to do justice to all students. It is keenly aware that social inequalities also exist in tasks related to studies and teaching at our university. The diversity of all students, whatever the type of learner, learning and life experiences or competences, must be considered appropriately both by instructors in their teaching/learning concepts as well as by fellow students when working together, preparing and learning, without acting in categories.
