WHAT?

The goals of the diversity strategy of the University of Graz include

• creating ideal learning, research and working environments for all,
• basing its actions on the principles of anti-discrimination, equality and equal opportunities
• removing barriers for disadvantaged groups,
• reflecting on own privileges,
• questioning prevailing norms (the employee, the student, the scientist, etc.),
• showing solidarity with disadvantaged groups,
• dismantling discriminatory, exclusionary and power-preserving mechanisms,
• valuing and promoting the diversity of experience, skills and potential and thus
• contributing to organizational development.
